Established in 1989, Modified Solutions Ltd started business as roofing consultants offering advice and technical services to people and companies in private and retail sectors.

A natural progression moved us into the contracting side of the roofing industry, with an increasing number of our customers asking if we were able to carry out the "whole project" concept from initial survey to complete installation of a specified roofing system.

Because of this move into contracting, we now carry out work for a number of blue chip companies and retail businesses, either on a complete refurbishment project or emergency repair basis, on high streets and retail parks all over the country.

Our specialist work is the refurbishment of metal profile roof, gutters and wall areas, which we undertake using specific high performance materials and, when coupled with rooflight replacement, we can achieve a long term weatherproof solution.

On site safety is always a priority and we always guarantee a minimum of two people on site, with the right equipment, particularly when carrying out emergency repair work.

Modified Solutions Ltd is also accredited by the UK's leading health and safety audit company, CHAS, Safecontractor and Altius.

All our operatives are trained and certified for fall arrest safety systems, powered access, (IPAF certification), working at height, roof safety and asbestos awareness, as per HSE recommendations.

Our public liability insurance is currently £10 million, which is a requirement of most of our customers.

Modified Solutions Ltd has a "no subcontractor" policy, ensuring all our operatives are employed direct (PAYE), who in turn are supervised by full time foremen and contract managers.
